Niko was super helpful with helping to plan a last minute trip from Boston to watch my son play at GA Tournament in IMG. It was exactly what he said, 11 minutes to IMG and short walk over the bridge to the beach. It was the perfect location! The home was really cute and clean and the recommendations for restaurants and beaches were spot on. We will definitely be staying here for the next few years for GA cup! Thank you for a wonderful FL stay!

Had a great stay. This location is right next to the bridge and easy to get to anna maria island. Property is clean and it was nice having 3 full bedrooms. Communication was flawless. It was super helpful to have the beach amenities. Chairs, Towels and a beach wagon were all easily accessible. There is a cute coffee shop at the end of the street that was perfect for breakfast and sitting outside in the beautiful Florida weather. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! We loved how close it was to Bradenton Beach and an easy drive up to Anna Maria Island. The house was very nice and Niko was quick to respond to any questions we had!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable place. Our flight was cancelled because of a snowstorm in our home state and we had to book something last minute, and it was perfect. We enjoyed the short trip to the beach for morning walks and sightseeing. Very clean and comfortable.

For anyone going to an IMG tournament or event, this home in Cortez is very well situated. The historic Cortez village is really lovely and the seaside restaurants there are excellent and fun. The Fox and Mercantile cafe right beside the house is amazing. The house is super comfy.

The location was great! Walking distance to beach and there was the cutest coffee shop right next door. Loved our stay and the beaches and restaurants were fabulous! The host was always responsive to my messages!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, quiet, and in a perfect location very close to the beaches with easy access to the island. Everything was exactly as described, and the beach supplies were such a great bonus; they made our trip even more memorable and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Our multi-generational family had an absolutely incredible stay, and we can't recommend this villa enough! The split-level design is a game-changer. It was perfect for us, allowing the grandparents to have their own quiet and accessible space in the 2/1 unit on the first floor, while the younger couples and kids had plenty of room to spread out in the spacious 3/2 unit upstairs.
The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach. But what truly sets this place apart is the amazing array of beach supplies. The host has thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach day: countless chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, and plenty of towels. This was a huge bonus that saved us a lot of money and the hassle of renting equipment.
The host was phenomenal—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself is cozy, clean, and feels incredibly "homey." Having a laundry station in each unit was an absolute lifesaver!
